Co-founded by Cody and Kate Will, Rattlesnake Ready uses real rattlesnakes in their training sessions to give dogs a realistic encounter without putting them in harm’s way. The snakes are muzzled with medical tape to prevent bites, while dogs wear e-collars to receive a small jolt if they get too close. By teaching dogs to recognize and avoid rattlesnakes, Rattlesnake Ready aims to prevent costly veterinary bills and potentially life-threatening snake bites.
